Introduction
By accessing or using Bugnexa, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. Purpose
Bugnexa is a cybersecurity platform providing Vulnerability Assessment (VA) and Penetration Testing (PT) capabilities for identifying and assessing security vulnerabilities.
2. Authorized Use
You may use Bugnexa only on systems, networks, applications, APIs, domains, IP addresses, or other assets that you own or have explicit permission to test. You are responsible for obtaining proper authorization before starting any scan or penetration test.
3. Prohibited Use
Bugnexa must not be used for: • Unauthorized scanning or penetration testing; • Gaining unauthorized access to systems or data; • Malware, destructive attacks, or denial-of-service activities; • Credential or confidential-data theft; • Any illegal, malicious, or unauthorized activity. Accounts involved in misuse may be suspended or terminated.
4. Testing Risks
Security testing may generate significant traffic or cause alerts, temporary performance issues, account lockouts, or service disruption. Users are responsible for assessing these risks before initiating tests.
5. Scan Results
Bugnexa does not guarantee detection of every vulnerability. Results may contain false positives or false negatives and should be validated by qualified security professionals.
6. User Responsibility
The user is solely responsible for all scans, assessments, and penetration-testing activities performed using Bugnexa. Bugnexa is not responsible for any unauthorized scanning, misuse, damage, disruption, data loss, or legal consequences resulting from the user's activities. Users are solely responsible for: • Obtaining proper authorization before scanning any target; • Ensuring all targets are within the approved scope; • Complying with applicable laws and regulations; • Protecting their Bugnexa account and credentials; and • Any consequences resulting from scans or tests initiated through their account.
7. Intellectual Property
Bugnexa software, branding, interface, documentation, and proprietary technology remain the property of Bugnexa. Unauthorized copying, resale, or distribution is prohibited.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Bugnexa is not responsible for losses or damages resulting from unauthorized use, incorrect configuration, misuse, or security testing performed without appropriate permission.
9. Suspension
We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms, unlawful activity, security abuse, or misuse of the Platform.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of India, with jurisdiction in India.
